CORPORATE FINANCE PROCESS
In the form of securities, where we create a suitable security for our client and place it on the retail market (B2C) through securities dealers.
2. CONTRACT
Assuming that we obtain from securities dealers conditions under which they want to buy securities, we prepare an offer for the client and then a contract is signed.
3. DOCUMENTATION
We create complete documentation for a security, including notifications to target markets.
4. IMPLEMENTATION
Completing a transaction, setting up processes for administration.
KEY ACTIVITIES

BONDS ISSUE
Corporate bonds are a convenient tool for companies, which don´t possess sufficient financial resources for further development of their business activities. We provide our clients with complex services linked to bonds issues where our jobs starts with creating a factsheet or issue terms and ends by receiving of capital resources.
EQUITY INVESTMENT
We represent investors who are searching for investment opportunities in business projects or companies without a direct influence in these businesses. This means that our investors receive a fixed yearly return but they don´t wish to participate in management of these businesses.
PROJECTS AND COMPANIES FINANCING
We arrange financing through securities such as bonds, stocks, investment certificates, promissory notes programs and others. This means that for our clients we arrange a complete financing process from preparing starting documents to placing the security in the market.
- We create a factsheet, issue terms and arrange all other necessary permits.
- We provide a distribution of securities through a network of investment banks and brokers.
- We provide listing of securities on European capital markets.
- We will pass these securities to professional investors such as investment funds, investment companies, banks, brokers and insurance companies within EU.
